Delivery Information
USA
We aim to delivery your order within 3-7 working days after payment has been processed. There’s a flat rate of $8 USD on all deliveries for US customers.
We offer free shipping for orders over $80 USD
UK Delivery
All orders are delivered via Royal Mail. Once payment has been processed we aim to deliver your order within 3-5 working days.
Shipping is free for order over £50.
There’s a flat rate of £3.50 on all other deliveries.
Once your delivery has left our premises it’s in the mercy of Royal Mail. This means that we can’t take responsibility for any delays on their end. We will do our very best to make you aware of any delays and to let you know what you can expect should a situation arise.
Canada Delivery
We aim to delivery your order within 3-7 working days after payment has been processed. There’s a flat rate of $12 CAD on all deliveries for Canadian customers.
We offer free shipping to Canada for orders over $110 CAD
Europe
We deliver to all countries within Europe. Once payment has been processed we aim to deliver your order within 3-5 working days.
There’s a flat rate of €8 on all other deliveries.
Once your delivery has left our premises it’s in the mercy of Royal Mail. This means that we can’t take responsibility for any delays on their end. We will do our very best to make you aware of any delays and to let you know what you can expect should a situation arise.
Rest of World
We aim to delivery your order within 10-12 working days once payment has been processed. Sometimes delays can occur which are beyond our control. There’s a flat rate of £20 on all deliveries and any customs charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns
Any item can be refunded if it is returned within 14 days of purchase. Please email hello@holycurls.com to arrange the return including your order number and product details.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Unfortunately we do not offer a refund on opened or used products and do not offer exchanges online. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

We will let you know once your return has been received and approved. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
