HOW TO USE

Apply on dripping wet hair after cleansing. Use your pretty fingers to detangle or comb through. Wait for a minimum of 15 minutes and then rinse. For some extra love and a deeper treatment, wrap with plastic and cover with a hot towel. If your curls are dry and damaged, leave some of the mask in to act as a leave in.

My hair feels stringy and stripped of moisture

After using this mask I have a ton of frizz; dry and stringy lack luster hair. I’m not even joking this mask seemed to have the reverse effect I was looking for. It feels like it literally sucked all the moisture right out of my hair.
My hair was rough and course and had a lot of friction when rinsing instead of the buttery smooth texture masks usually give. I followed with my normal routine of leave in and hair gel. ALL the moisture vanished into the air and my hair is feather weight snd frizzy instead of voluminous and properly “weighed down” with locked in moisture.

I have a mix of 2C/3a curls. Fine texture, normal to high porosity. I have tried quite a few masks before and this one has been the worst experience so far. I really hope I can change my review and figure out something different. The ingredients are so pure and I really wanted this to work. So sad!! $42 ain’t cheap!
